The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Cherie Grisso has accepted the appointment of Chief Executive Officer for Richfield Living. Cherie acted as interim CEO prior to this offer, and has proven to be a strong leader in this role.

Dr. Martha Anderson, Chair of the Richfield Living Board of Directors, states, “The Richfield Board of Directors has complete faith in Cherie as the best leader for our community. She has already demonstrated incredible ‘big picture financial strength’ in our new Salem campus building project. Her service-based focus will become evident to all as she leads our transformation to a community of resident centered living, enriching resident lives wherever they are in their life’s journey.”

Cherie joined Richfield in September 2015 and held the position of Chief Financial Officer until her recent promotion. She successfully led Richfield Living through a financial transformation and was a key member of the project management team for Richfield’s Vision 2020: Project Home projects. The operational and financial leadership for the second site in Roanoke City has also been led by Cherie. Her financial background and leadership experience will be invaluable as Richfield continues to progress as a leader in senior living and health services throughout the valley.
