Esteban Duran-Ballen appointed as new Chief Operating Officer at Richfield
Esteban, a graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Virginia Tech, joined the team in January 2021.
“In order to achieve Richfield’s strategic plan, we were looking to strengthen our operations and financial acumen in the executive team,” said Cherie Grisso, Chief Executive Officer. “Esteban’s experience in a variety of healthcare settings and his alignment with Richfield’s mission, vision and values provides the perfect combination as our new Chief Operating Officer. I am excited to have his talent as a leader in our community for many years to come.”
Esteban has twelve years’ experience in operational leadership. His passion for post and sub-acute care and integrated healthcare systems has enabled him to develop programs to ensure excellent clinical outcomes and quality assurance.
