Richfield Living Appoints Joyce Bell as new Director of Human Resources, Compliance and Culture

Welcoming Our New Director of Human Resources, Compliance and Culture

Richfield Living, a local leader in senior living and rehabilitation, has announced the selection of Joyce Bell as their new Director of Human Resources, Compliance and Culture.

Bell, a graduate of University of Phoenix with a Master’s Degree of Management in Human Resources and a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Mary Baldwin College, joined the team in February.

“Joyce is an outstanding addition to the Richfield Living team,” said George Child, President & Chief Executive Officer. “Her skill set spans across all aspects of Human Resources which will add significant depth to the executive team.”

Joyce has 13 years of experience in the human resources field, with the past four years as the HR Manager for a local senior care facility. Joyce’s background and strength in recruitment, training and development, employee relations, team building, community outreach and customer service will serve Richfield Living well into the future.

“I am a servant leader which means I serve others and I am a leader. I am available at any time as I have an open door policy,” said Bell. “Team members are welcome to come see me anytime to have personal or professional discussions.”
