Ravan came to us with six years of experience in property and leasing management. She attended Virginia Western Community College with a concentration in Management studies and joined the team in May 2021.   

Lisa Clause, Senior Director of Marketing and Philanthropy comments that, “Ravan has a lot of critical experience and background that matches with the job responsibilities. On top of that she is organized and dedicated to building relationships with prospects and residents. Her abilities add another layer to the team.”

In addition to being a wife and mother of three children, Ravan volunteers at Feeding America and the annual Color Me Cameron Run scholarship fundraiser. A member of St. Philip Lutheran Church, Day also supports the Elijah Backpack Drive.
